Default Grounding Kit

Just installed my kit, and after turning on my head to decypher the
"downunder" instructions that still had the driver's/passenger's
sides (amongst other things) ****-up, I need someone to
give me a bit of a clue as to what to expect now.
(Yeah, there's fairies at the bottom of me garden)

ps - me HiTech is quiet inside the car - just as well so's
I can still hear the tyre roar from the feathering which is gradually
getting worse.

Christ - why do I have to fix the world?

David, if you do a search in the main performance forum you will discover the, before now, unheard of grounding kit.

But, to give a very brief overview it is a set of wires that ensure the car is grounded properly. This the takes out the possibility of the ECM getting interference from all that nasty current running rampant in your car. According to those in the know it also makes the car run smoother, that is, it smooths out the idle and has also apparently been involved in the making of weapons of mass destruction!

I think the jury is still out on it, but for what it's worth I've got one on my car, go figure.

Snowman, its probably better to not expect anything from the grounding kit, (other than spending 30 mins trying to find the hood sensor)then you wont be disappointed.

I hope your mate Lambros is going to give you a discount on the system?

THanks Frosty.

But one thing that made me kinda unsure is the Wire #3. This Wire is wired to the battery with Wire #5. Also that spot for our AU Version being used for the intake plastic thing.... and i don't know what is that for.

It's hard to install both cable with that plastic intake thing on it. So i put the wire #5 on the bottom of the plastic and Wire #3 on top of the plastic.

Hope that you understand, what i'm saying without picture.

Where you have 1 wire on top and 1 underneath I just put both of my wires under the whatsitcalled.

If you do a search in the main forum you will find what it is. From memory, and I'd hate to get quoted on this, it's something to do with a vacuum?

I have two wires underneath the thing like Harry. BTW I think it's probably there for resonance.
