Probably slightly more for 18" wheels and more so for 19" I would suspect.
Just a general comment about tyres - what they retail for and what they can be bught for are two different things. My father has gone throught 4 sets of tyres (on 18" wheels) on his R8. Also I went through 3 sets (16" wheels) over 3 years on the S2000.
Anyway, you can always buy the tyres a lot cheaper than what they retail for ... you just need to ring around and you'll get a good price.
I don't know how much mmorris paid, but generally expect to pay about $520 per corner for P Zeros.
There are now at least 4 different P-Zeros on the market - Nero, Rosso, Gallo and the R-spec one (I forgot thee name). Neros are generally the cheapest (and the weakest from the bunch), while the Rossos are the most common. My father has them on his R8 at the moment and they did cost $550 per tyre.
So S03s are not the cheap alternative, they are a Ultra High Performance Tyre.
The R8 has the S03s before and they cost $450 per tyre, which is significantly cheaper. Also, when I bought my RE55s (R-spec tyre) 2 weeks ago, they were offering the S03s in 235/40/18" for $360.
Generally speaking the S03s are a cheap performance tyre. They are significanlty cheaper than S02s, P-Zeros, ContiSport2, F1 Eagle and most other 'brand' high-emnd tyres. They should always be at least $100 cheaper per corner.
