Practice 1, and 2 are finished and so is the 1st qualifying. According to the results there's no 350Z ... what's going on? Looks Nathan/Peter did not come down to Sandown for GTP ... a big shame as I'll be there tomorrow and I would have not only loved to cheared them on, but also would have loved to have said 'hi'.

It's continuing for Sandown and I believe the next round. DOn't know if they're bankrupt or just pulling the plug before it ends up that way.

I'm still hoping someone picks up the series. With some work and enough time I believe they could challenge the supertaxis for the title of premier motorsport category in Australia. Much more entertaining category IMO.

Procar have 'closed the shop', but the racing is still going on. The Sandown even was awesome ... lots of people and lots of racing. GT-P has a very strong field so it can probably survive even without Procar.

Not sure what the long-term plan is, but it looks like there are several parties traying to buy/rescue the categories run under Prcar banner.
