it looks fine from the rear ..

2 questions for you

you have no crap plate moulding.... and you have no holes in your bumper from the crap moulding .....

did you get the holes fixed up ?? or how did that come about ?

also where did you get the frames for the slim plates??

i had a hard enough time getting some for normal plates..
that would be helpful

thanks

Whitey, before I took delivery of my car I had them take off the farkin ugly moulding, fill the holes and respray the front bumper. I got a mate of mine to knock me up the bracket out of stainless and, Robert's your fathers brother.

Everywhere (Super cheap autos, K mart and so on) sell the plate frames. if you cant get them over there ket me know and I will send you a set over!

Whitezed,

My cars in having the front bar holes filled as we speak as well as filling in the Nissan "Hamburger" logo. as a temporary measure I cut up an old margarine container and painted it with touch up paint to "disguise" the holes and slid this down behind the bar. The front number plate is actually held on with good old octopus straps!!!! Here's a picture of the "margarine" front end. If you want instructions on how I got the front plate installed let me know. Very simple DIY takes about 20 mins.

Tinted ones on your car would look nice. Goes very well with the white.

WTF - you fit cold air intakes and all the bits and reduce the cooling and airflow thru the radiators by about 30% ! ! !

Seems very unthoughtful to me!

Pic below shows how easy to get rid of the big black thingo -
same screws and mounts as standard.

10 mins work.

Apologies for the pic - can't all have SUNSET!

ps - SHIMANO - why don't yer get a bicycle seat - wouldn't that look grouse!

I would have thought air flow would be a problem to Frosty but it gets pretty hot here in Perth and I haven't had a problem with overheating yet.

Frosty - I like the look of your front plate the best.

Did you fill the holes?

Look above and slightly to the left of the Z in your plate, just above the black plastic frame. Is that the top of one of the holes?

How have you secured the plate? Did you bend the plate slightly to match the curvature of the front bumper or is the plate straight?
