Thumbs up Expressing Interests on Recaro Seats!!!!

Hello Guys,

Want to know how many of you guys are interested in buying Recaro seats for spirit driving or for track days?

I have a source to get Genuine Recaro Seats with very attractive price... Ranging from Evo to Type R seats... normally, you will need to pay over 1K for a seat... but now.... it is 900 for A PAIR of brand new Recaro seats.... without Rails... you are looking at 200 to 300 per rail (cannot be able to get any discount on those rails...)

We can even get a lot cheaper price than that if there are enough people buying... and the seats will be shipped out from a very reputable tuning shop (as they imported a container of Recaro seats in) and they will look after you from there.

I am gonna post a few sample pictures sent from Recaro factory and with the seats themselves, they will have Recaro logo on as well.

With these seats, the recline mechanism is operated by a latch instead of the turning ****... you can be able to see what I meant with the pictures I am gonna post soon...

Please keep this in mind, these seats are GENUINE RECARO SEATS... We can be able to look at those seats once they are landed in Melbourne (somewhere around this week or next week as I am told)

This thread is used to get how many people are interested in these seats and we will know what price to set with larger amount of group buy!

cheers,

richie

I might be keen on getting some bucket seats, but my g/f might kill me. I'll have to think about it.

Have you got a better pic of the SR seats (ie. the 1st pic)?

I'm always looking out for seats ... but it will (as always) come down to the price as the seats are not a high priority for me right now.

well, I didn't listen to her the first time. If I did I would have got an rx8

But I'm still unsure if I want to go through the pain of owning bucket seats. How comftible are they on long drives? I do them all the time. Also, how easy it is to get in and out of the car in tight spaces like car parks.

EDIT: besides she's already unahppy about the high "maitenece" costs of the 350z. Like the new wheels, tires, suspension etc...

Hello DavidM,

I will go visit my source tomorrow morning to see if I can get some better pictures of those SR seats... and I am sure with the group buy, you will not want to miss the BEST PRICE in town opportunity!

cheers,

richie

zuff, once you get the rails, the install is do it yourself. I also want to find out how much is the harness to disable the side airbags.

Also I've heard/read that it's illigal to remove any safty features, as in the side airbag built into the seats. Any one know any thing more about it?
