The only drama with that Chris is that it is a Yanky site and Nisshit Australia don't recognise them as Oz problems. Some of us have already approached our respective Nisshit people and have been told they are not relevant to us.

I know of the TSB's but I have not checked the VIN listing in the TSB against mine.
If your VIN falls in the range I think you should be able to push it.
I have 3 of the issues and will take them up with nissan. I will let you know how I go.
1/ Rear Hatch
2/ Front left upper A arm not tight enough
3/ Rear right bearing noise

I know (Harry) but I have had 2 successes so far with them - the window streaks and now the rear hatch! Both occasions they tried to fob me off with "window tiniting" and "you have a wing thats why it does not open". I find these excuses infuriatating.....In both cases they acted only when I sent them the TSB. grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr TOO F@CKING ANNOYING!!!!
I calculated that it has cost me in lost time about 1500.00 (at about 110 per hour) but I'm making points here ... now they listen to me and don't try stupid excuses.
