I think something is wrong with the needle on my fuel gauge... the most ive ever put in my car with the light on is about 14 or 15 maybe gallons and the needle never goes all the way to full, it stops just after 3/4 sometimes the highest it'll go is half way between 3/4 and full. anyone else experiencing that?

I've got the same thing, needle is on empty, computer says --- 0 miles to go and I still can only fill up ~12-13 gallons until and it starts pouring out

I've driven as much as 80 miles (hwy cruising) with the --- showing and still cant get more fuel in. I am starting to think that only one side of the tank is taking in fuel and the connector is not allowing for fuel level to balance? Anyone ever notice how these tanks are almost like two separate tanks with a connector... it's probably because of the diff/driveshaft and rear suspension clearance.

Thats interesting... ive never noticed that. This issue kind of bothers me though. Only suggestion ive heard is to repair the shuttle valve tsb or something.
