Triangle Z Club/THSCC HPDE 2006 schedule
Help... is everyone staying at the same place? I made reservations somewhere back in December and can not remember where. I think I picked the place from a suggestion here on my350Z.com. Help!
The official Hotel is the Comfort Inn in Danville.
100 Tower Dr. Danville, Va (434) 793-2000
But some people are staying at the Inn Keeper and some at the Hampton.
A few of us are staying at VIR Lodge

Anyone riding up from the Triangle area tomorrow morning?
I am...but I am a bit worried about what the road conditions will be like at 5:00am.
Guess it's a "wait and see" situation right now.

not sure what you're looking at for a trailer, but i went through this excercise a year or so ago. i was only considering open trailers, and everyone raved about hillwood in gainesville off 66. i went out there a couple of times, but, frankly, was unimpressed with the offerings and the service. it was either a bri-mar (for which i was able to get better pricing just calling around) or their cheapy brand, econotrailer. i probably did more in-person brick'n'mortar shopping for a trailer than i've done for just about anything else. i ended up buying an Anderson from Bay River in mechanicsville MD. The Anderson was significantly nicer than any other I saw. They had to order it, and don't take credit cards, but it came in when they said it would, with all the options i requested (tilt jack, dual brake axles, removable fender) plus all the std parts - fully braced A-frame (not sure of the proper terminology), dove tail, break-away box, 2 5/16" coupler, pocket ramps, full steel deck.
its a little rednecky out that way, but they were nice enough folks. having been making heavy use of the trailer, i'm very pleased with it.
as for the tow vehicle... all you spit'n'polish guys. my diesel e350 probably cost less than half of a titan, and will pull anything i would ever consider (up to an including a small county). plus, its all white with no windows. The SO calls it the kidnapper van

ahm
For those of you that were there... and those that just want to see what we endured for a few hours (some of us had fun in it... other's just got muddy... MARTY!!
