Carter and I use Nissmo 60mm (part#4022-RS045) from performance nissan.Cost about $130 delivered for 20. Don't know of a source for .25" spacers.We had ours made by local machine shop...very expense.

The guideline we use is to have a minimum of one diameter(12mm) of stud available for the lug nut. If you use stock wheels that's about where you will be with 4mm spacers.Suggest you measure to be sure.

How exact does it have to be to .25"? H&R makes 5mm and eibach makes 10mm spacers (both of which include studs). I'm running both of these on my car. Bought from the good folks at Performance Nissan.

I have a set of H&R 5mm spacers. They include a warning about differences in their studs vs. the OEM items. I should've taken their warning seriously.
My experience was I could've purchased my Nismo studs a couple of times over... by realizing the H&R studs are not an exact match (towing charges, tools, etc.). Notice the splining on the H&R studs begin immediately after the head. On the stock studs, the splines do not begin until a mm or two after the head. Effectively, the H&R studs only bite into the hub about half as much as the stock studs do.
Don't do what I did, pull those puppies out and replace them with the Nismo studs.

Found some super cheap spacers at www.jegs.com. 50 bucks for a complete set of Baer spacers. They are listed in Standard sizes but they should fit.

I don't have my wheels in yet, but I think I need to make up about 20mm to get the look I want. What would be the best, low cost, solution? Nismo Studs and a low cost spacer?

.25 Inches is 6.3mm.. From what I understand a 5mm Spacer only leaves your 2 turns left for your lugs.. 6.3 would probably knock that down to 1 turn.. right?

you should just be able to use .25 inch spacer and quarter inch acorn bulge lug nuts and be fine. you can get this from any wheel shop but i'd go hr with longer studs to be safe
