Just drop the tank out, it has access holes in the top for the fuel pump etc, you cut the tank foam into blocks, as large as you can squeeze through the opening, then do it piece by piece. You dont have to fill the entire tank with foam, you just need to get enough foam around the pick ups to keep the fuel from sloshing away.
