Ok, maybe not professional, but those with expereince would help.
Considering that the 350Z from the factory has a near equal front and rear track width; whay would the dynamic affects be to widening the rear track by about 1".

Increasing track width decreases lateral load transfer for that end of the car. Generally in racing a production based sedan you want the front track width wider then the rear. It helps the car turn in and put power down because you'll get less understeer from the front as more power is applied. The slower the corners the more benefit you'll see from front to rear track width differences. The car will be more difficult to drive at the limit.
Doing the reverse, as you've asked, will make the car easier to drive at the limit but ultimately it will be slower.
