Sorry about that - I was running out of characters. Want some brake pads?

If you're looking for an Elise, check with Robert Puertas at Blackwatch Racing. I think he's selling his.

I'm finding that to be more realistic as some of my friends are now kissing into walls and running into other mishaps. One of my usual instructors rolled his e36 M3 in a race.

About 8 months ago, I installed a new suspension and sure enough, I spun out embarrasingly bad during my first day with the setup. The only difference between my incident and John's is that mine didn't involve a wall. I was just lucky, but next time, I might not be so lucky. I did learn something from that incident, so hopefully, it has made me wiser.

Here she is - left a deposit and bringing her home next week. 05 Elise with a Tri-Point S/C and Ohlin coilovers. I told myself I was going to take a break for awhile and save some money, but who am I fooling? 1950lbs. and currently ~200rwhp with some other goodies like a hard top and such. All it needs is an intercooler, harness bar, and some race pads, and it's time for lift-off!

Cool John. Do you fit OK? I have never sat in one myself. I like the car.

Yes, but I'm at the cusp. It helps that I'm pretty slender, but if I was an inch taller (6'3"), it'd be a tight squeeze with a helmet.

Man, that's like the shortest "break" I've ever heard of.
Great choice, and congrats on your new purchase! Post lap time comparisons when you get used to the new beastie.
