I have been searching for a few months now regarding the single adjustable Koni Yellows in autocross applications. I'd like to start a concise thread with the best information possible for serious autoxers.
Okay. This is specifically a thread for autoxers who own the single adjustable Koni Yellows.
Please list the settings you run on all 4 corners of the car, why you use those settings, and the class you race in, and the supporting mods.
I race in TBS (B Stock Tire)
Currently on stock shocks (this is where I'm looking for elaboration)
Buddy Club Ti Y-pipe
Jic Ti Y-back
Cusco 35mm solid front sway on full stiff
DF: -1.2* camber, 1/16 toe out
PF: -0.9* camber, 1/16 toe out
DR: -1.9* camber, 1/32 toe in
PR: -1.9* camber, 1/32 toe in
Hawk HPS pads, Motul RBF 600 fluid
Volk LE28N: 17x7.5f +33 17x8r +33
Falken Azenis 615 (43psi front, 39psi rear)

When I ran my Koni Yellows:
* B Stock
* Stock track wheels
* Hoosier A3S04s and Kumho V710s
* Eibach hollow FSB (35mm)
* Koni Yellows (installed "full soft" base settings)
front: 2.5 turns from full soft
rear: 1.5 turns from full soft

What one person runs doesn't mean it would work for you. Everyone drives differently. You need to experiment with your car and try a range of settings/air pressure/tires/sways to get the response you want. That means you need to run a lot of events or luck into a day long T&T with a couple of sets of tires.
I've had an 03 and now an 07 with Konis and the shocks do not even have the same number of turns from full to soft.

Koni Yellows.
Nismo RTune 1.5 way LSD.
245/40-18 gFroce R1s.
Nissan Motorsports adjustable ARBs.
Shock settings: varies by surface, course layout, and temp. These ARE adjustable shocks so they should be adjusted to match the conditions.

Thank you to Beta, the only one adding reason behind setting.

FYI: Although the Konis are adjustable, the rear settings are a PIA to adjust so I just usually set it once for the weekend and leave it there. The fronts are easy to adjust but mine are set on stiff to lessen nosedive. Again, this works for me since my times have considerably improved & I have consistently posted better results than some cars that are in the SS class. I'm in BSP but I do look at the SS class as the cream of the crop in our area. One local Z06 driver competes at the national level & he consistently posts the fastest raw times in local events. He is good.
I have mine set to full stiff all around, all the time, like z-u-later. The setup is fine for daily driving and autocross.
My current setup is: Hotchkis Sways, Espelir Active GT springs, Azenis RT615
When I first installed the Konis I set them to half stiff. This was fine for the street and I even autoxed on them this way for a bit. Then I found that most drivers with the SA Konis run them full stiff and decided to give it a try. I made the change on a non-race weekend, so my initial evaluation was geared to daily driving. I noticed an immediate improvement in vehicle dynamics, basically just like z-u-later said...chassis is more controlled and vehicle transitions are smoother. Same changes noticed for autox. It seems that this is the ideal combination setting for my spring/sway setup.
