i bought the setup used, so i didn't feel too guilty about it. plus it's no show car and i needed a few more "track scars." i just couldn't justify getting a BBK with only a 13" rotor. i mean, our rotors are already 13". sure, a two piece would be an improvement, but the heat dissipation characteristic of a 14" is a lot better. at least that's what i tell myself to help me sleep better
Yeah, I figured it was a used set. I certainly wouldn't buy a new 14" BBK and shave it off to make it clear 17" rims. Even after shaving it, it still looks tight in there but looks good though.
Do you know if the Megan caliper is smaller than the stoptech?

You would just have to find the specs. Most companies have the clearance info posted somewhere. I had the Megan specs, just dont know where they are, maybe WA2GOOD has them laying around. I do remember they are close to Racing brakes 355 6 piston kit.
