Is there interest in Hawk track pads for non-Brembo calipers?
+1 on the DTC70 and DTC60. Personally I don't even consider the Hawk Blue or Black compounds anymore now that I've run the DTC compounds.
Porterfield cut me a custom set of DTC70 fronts and DTC60 rears for my base 2006 350Z and I'm very happy with the track performance. Track braking is outstanding. These are NOT street pads: very dusty, very noisy, and they don't work well until you get some heat into them.

These would be for the 06+ cars (larger 2 piston caliper from the Q45)
In order for Hawk to produce a batch of these pads, they need a 25 pairs.
How many people would be interested in front track pads (e.g. Hawk Blue 9012, HT-10, DTC-70)?

A quick update on the track pad situation for the 350Z / G35 non-brembo.
If you have the 2003-2005 first generation Maxima brakes, a member on this forum will be testing our following package:
Front: Ferodo DS3000
Rear: Hawk Blue 9012
If you have the 2006+ second generation Q45 brakes, the only option is as follows:
Front: Porterfield R4
Rear: Porterfield R4 or Hawk Blue
More info to come..

I just put in some Project Mu HC+ pads or else I would have been down :/ I think the HC+'s will be fine for my purposes though, club race pads might have been a bit much. I may be interested in a couple sets of HP+ or Blue pads in the near future though.

PM sent.

In the meantime, one option is Porterfield R4 front, Hawk Blue rear, or just R4 all around.
