It's humorous, it incorporates the lack of financing, it has a number in the name and because the dirty word is spelled with numbers you won't offend anyone.
Gotta love "in your face racing", though. That is awesome.

Billy..............consider the reaction to your new racing team name when you approach potential sponsors and what opinion they will have of you when you tell them you are Fuzzy Wuzzie Racing. "Try the gay bar down the street, they might be interested in sponsorship of your team".
