We are looking for some ideas for the race car team names. We don't really want anything car specific (Z Racing) for years down the road. however, for many reasons we need a catchy team name. Its basically just my dad and me with one car, empty pockets, having a ton of fun. Any suggestions welcome!!

are you the sarcastic smartass type? if/when i make a clubracing team i'd call it Team Ramrod Racing. thats just me though. Anything specific to your location could be catchy. You could be like every other race team in the southeast and call it "(insert last name here) Racing." I like the Brew Crew Racing personally.

I think if you give us an idea of somethings that interest both you and your dad.

Some of the best team names I have seen recently are:
No-Gum Racing (referencing the movie "THEM")
SR Racing (PM me about that one)
Going Broke Motorsports

etc.

How about Billygoat Motorsports

 

we like the "broke" theme yet that seems pretty popular. we like the brew crew idea also but i wouldn't want to offend any possible sponsors. we were trying to think of some terms that are popular in racing. Like Apex Performance, Turn 1, etc etc.

 

exit speed motorsports?

maybe something with Track Out?

 

If you're a good racing team, the name won't matter. If you're a bad racing team, the name won't save you. Keep the name simple and using a number is easy: 400Racing, 66Racing, etc.

 

Go with what we used on the West Coast:

TEAM BUKKAKE
...in your face racing...

You can be our East Coast branch.
