I picked up the car this week and it is in my garage right now awaiting a full going-over to prepare for a HPDE @ Roebling June 12/13. If the car performs well, I will go do a TT next...all in preperation for Comp license school @ Raod Atlanta in Aug.

BTW: I had it dyno'd...it is putting out a MASSIVE 156 WHP.

That really isn't too bad when you consider it had 189 crank HP rating when new..now 156 WHP 150K miles later. Based on what I know, this would be considered a good-average engine for the year/miles...and cost $4k.

What cost you $4k?

I'm hoping my spec e30 dyno's similar numbers. I'll find out next week!

Why don't you join us at CMP June 19-21 (or just the Saturday) for an additional shake down.

Is that weight with driver? I hope so. Even our gutted E36 M3 with driver is 2800. And, we probably could pull out another 100-150 lbs.

Out of curiosity, would you share the asking price of that track-ready E36?
