Bill Scott - Summit Point owner and Fellow racer passes away.

"Bill Scott, owner of Summit Point Raceway died this morning, 7 December, after a long illoness. Serivce will be at Trinity Episcopal Church in Upperville, Virginia on Thursday 10 December. I don't know the time of services but details can be obtained from Summit Point Raceway office."

Very sad news. While I never had the chance to meet Bill Scott, his legacy will certainly live on. Summit Point was his vision and has grown leaps and bounds over the years. Checkered flag for Bill and may he continue to have a clear track in the heavens...
