MB weapons or battles - cant beat the price and can find them on discount tire direct... I will put them on a pepsi challenge on lightness and durability.. If your lucky you can find them in a +15 offset and then your golden.. just a thought..

oh and they are 800 bucks or less for a set depending on where you get them.. Im on the market for a second set myself..

Yup.

The MB Weapons come in 18x9 +38 or +45 and supposedly weigh 23.5#.
The MB Battles come in 18x9.5 +15, and are likely a bit heavier than the Weapons but I couldn't find any data on them. Their other wheels in similar sizes are WAY heavier.

The MB Weapons are $570 shipped with $50 online coupon.
The MB Battles are $690 shipped with the $50 online coupon.

I went with Rotas G-Forces. 18x9 +25 all around. STX lets you go a bit wider than STR so I went with the max, 265/35/18. Each wheel is 22-23ish. Clears my brakes and I don't need to run spacers.. so I'm content.

I just put a set of STR wheels and tires on. Rota DPT 18x9 +20 x4. $800 shipped! They weigh in right at 20lbs on my bathroom scale. Not great but not too bad and the size and offsets are perfect. The real problem is finding a competitive tire in the right size. I went with Falken Azenis rt-615ks 255/40/18. It was that or Yoko Advans and I just wasn't going to spend the extra money on the Yokos.

Not sure if you plan to run the mid caps, but I noticed right below the Rota logo on the cap is a perfectly painted and very clean looking surface. Try removing the logo "sticker" if you think you will like it. BTW I did this on DPT's so I can't confirm this for the G-Forces.

Looking good John! I'm glad you are happy with the new setup

As John mentioned, we have a few 18x9 +20 setups on clearance pricing right now. The Rota DPT is one of the setups and we also have the Rota SVN on sale! Each setup is in stock and ready to ship It looks like 18x9's for the 350Z aren't too hard to find, especially when they are only $800 shipped

Here are the current models/colors on clearance pricing

Rota DPT 18x9 +20 Hyper Silver *Pictured above on John's Z*

Rota DPT 18x9 +20 White

Rota SVN 18x9 +20 Full Royal Sports Bronze

Rota SVN 18x9 +20 Royal Hyper Black

Running without the mid caps. The sticker on the G-Forces cover a hole in the cap anyways.

And thumbs up to WheelDude. That's where I picked up mine from.. even let me do a test fit to see if they'd clear the brakes!

Did you email first? And if so, did they respond?

When I was shopping for wheels (you, Anthony, in particular know I was shopping) I sent an email on 7/7 and another on 7/12 to Dan at WD (Sales@wheeldude.com), and both went without a response. I even copied support@wheeldude.com on the second one, and that went without response, too.

Dan, FYI: I bought 8 RPF1 wheels last week, so I wasn't simply window shopping. If you post an email address (here on my350 and on your website), responding will likely help business.

Thats a bummer. I did e-mail back and forth with sales@wheeldude. Zoeb was the one helping me out and we followed up via telephone. My car wasn't movable so I picked up one wheel to test, then picked up the rest after confirming fitment. The whole process took about a week from the initial fitment test to getting the other three.
