hey people,
I finally learned to look ahead on the course
I ran in BSP when i should've ran in BSP novice lol. It was hard for me to straighten out the course (lines) when i'm out there having no idea how the course looks like. Pretty much failed all my lines. i was able to course walk once.
Luckliy, i won in my class by like .5 or .05 sec. Only me and Arthur, who is more experience and drives an old corvette with hoosiers, ran in the class though. I ran on stock tires in OK weather, he ran in insanely wind (doubling up some cones). BTW he ran at the end of the event rather than in 3rd group with me cause he had Evo school until 12.
I wasn't happy with my time of 82.-- because everyone was running below 77 sec (including all classes). Best time of the day was 56.-- or something. Novice guys ran close to 80 sec. and below. Seriously, if i had an instructor who showed me the lines, i could've done way better.
Here are some pics.

It looks like the springs compress a lot during the turns. Should i go higher spring rate?
Could please give me some tips on suspension set up by looking at the pics? if possible..lol 14 front damper and 15 rear.

rear camber arms, toe delete arms.
Stance gr+ true type. 11K front/ 5K rear. 14 front damper and 15 rear at the event.
Front SPC camber arm.
Front camber is suppose to be at -1.8
Rear at -1.5
Little toe in on both front and rear.
Stock 17" tires.

Toe IN front AND rear? Bump up that front camber - you'll like it. Upgrade (and widen) tires - you'll LOVE it.

actually i was really asking about the spring rate based on the pics lol
I'm attending every events in SD and cal club for almost 3 months.
I will get the sway bar later but someone can tell me if the spring rate is too soft in the pic? or is it the sway bar that has more to do them spring rate. Like the spring compressing due to stock sway bar?

Seriously, you're going to hear this a lot- get more seat time before you change anything. Once you can accurately describe what the car is doing wrong that needs to be remedied, then look at possible solutions. It will take a year or so to get to the point where you can tell the difference between driver error and car setup problems. If you have coilovers, you probably don't need stiffer springs. Looking at your car, it has minimal body roll for a car that you drive on the street.
My car was plenty fast back when I had Konis and softer springs- check out this lean

That was on street tires.

For a sec, i thought that's my car lol
You are true about the driver's error and car set up problem. Instructors drove my car last time and pulled much better time.
I'll just grap a swaybar and 3K increase spring rate front and rear (reducing bump travel. i'm so stupid that i autox and want the car to be low.) before my next alignment.
I saw some 240sx, Z32, bmw and corvette that are as low as mine, if not lower.

When im working out in the course at turns, i see some cars raging through a corner and their rear wheel lifts up. Why does it do that? is that a good thing?
Your car looks really biased in its ride height, front raked heavily. It could be a braking/weight transfer but I think the ride heights may be off a little. I would imagine it would help to wag the tail a little, but riding the bumpstops nearly all the time would negate that and just make the car hard to anticipate. I'd stay away the the higher spring rates at that grip level (spring rate should match the tire) as suggested by terrasmak.
