Looks like they moved us FFR guys to Lightining for RR so i will see you out there. Good news is it looks like there are no Spec M's to punt us this time.

This will most likely be the last year we can run in Lightining in any event.

 

That is very cool! Do you know John Davidson? He will be running his 350Z also...we should have some real nice track time with so few entrants!!!!!

Redline 350z, arizona Z car BBK, Wedsport TC005 wheels, had the same ABS issue I did at RRR a few years ago. We both unplugged our ABS valves and went bareback, for the first time. We agreed to "I go left, and you go right in case of brakeing issues" well he went left and I passed him on the right. Then I think he also had some drama at Rockingham.

Yep, that would be John...he told me it was a BAD crash!

 

It was probably scary and did some significant damage but I wouldn't call it bad as all. As a matter of fact he drove it the rest of the weekend.

 

Marty, it was very nice to finally meet up with you and our mutual race Buddies!

Lets like we all made it thru the weekend in good shape/no equipment failures.

However I did suffer "Brain Fade" at the end of both races...

Sharif, I finally got the race car setup to my liking now...and worked out some minor bugs. So, I am now running ALMOST the speeds the car is capable of.
However, there is always some speed left to find the next race...
