My new 370z bolt in cage
Thanks guys. Tony has always done a great job on my projects. My vision for the Nismo has always been to build a Z version of a Porsche GT3. Tony installs roll bars on GT3's all the time so I went to him with two criteria. One, make clean install like a GT3 leaving interior in place and two, make it so I can remove it without leaving gaping holes. I think he was successful! At least my wallet is telling me he was! LOL! ANd yes this is not a kit. It was all custom fabricated.
I had recaro seats left over from my Porsche Boxster Race car and they fit like a glove! Funny story on the Schroth belts. I wanted black and they were back ordered. I really didnt want blue but I like them now! Didnt think about the fact they would match my resevoirs.
I also got a Momo wheel with quick release hub which gives me so much more room! Its weird getting used to smaller wheel but it felt great out on Laguna Seca the other day. However I may have gone a little too small.
This is my next project - Z Car Garage will be installing then adding up rev tune and dyno tune to see if we can squeeze any more power out of stock internals. Im hoping to get 325 WHP with good mid range torque curve.
