Z Cars Challenge?!

 

Dam, that is sweet. Wish i could show up on a day like that (other than the rain)

 

Ya, usually 1 Z vs 99 s2000 on a normal track day, today 9 Zs gangs on a s2000. :P

 

Kudos to every driver. Its surprises me that rain will not cancel HPDE or autocross, yet 80 percent of 350Z drivers are frightened of rain.

Would like to hear from 370z drivers how they liked the car.

That looks like a great time. I love the variety in cars that are out there. New to old. Race ready to show room stock looking.

 

Very cool. I concur, not enough Zs out at the track when I am out either. Too many scoobarus and Honduhs.

Looks like a blast! Too bad no fast 370Z's out there. I'll have to drag Shamu out one of these days after I get the headers and up rev tuning done. You guys planning any Laguna Seca or Infineon days? T Hill is a haul for me. Would be fun to have a large group of Z cars to run with. I havent seen many at Nasa or Track Master events I have attended so far.

Awesome. The rain was fun. I had a little "high slip angle" event as well.

 

The ZCG 370 does pretty good. It's a 1:45ish car at Laguna with the R888 tires. Our friend, George, drove his 100% stock-down-to-the-tire NISMO 370Z to a 1:44 there as well. That guy CAN DRIVE though.

 

why were y'all ride in such tight groups?? parade lap?

 

I ended up changing to the Feb 10th track day because of the rain Nice turnout even so.
