Your pics reminded me of a question I had. What is that hose for in the passenger footwell?
I'm not sure what that hose does yet....

So did you end up just cutting the all the lose wires?

Any risks with just cutting them off and leaving them? Cover the lose ends with electrical tape?

This may be an obvious answer but is it possible you have the last bit after the resonators bolted on the wrong way? Try flipping it.

Thanks as well for the tip on installing the 380rs pedal, gonna try it this weekend.

I cut my stereo wires, and taped them off. Oh, and nearly electrocuted myself (always double check the battery is still disconnected...). Everything else not needed was just "tucked back".

As much as I love taking every gram out of the car, a few wires is not worth it. If you had the car down to the chassis, sure there's a few lbs to lose, but just clipping a few ends is not worth the hassel.

The hose on the passenger footwell is from the heater core for the AC drain.

Love it. Reminds me of the time I cooked my gokart engine in the kitchen stove to absorb more oil during the rebuild. My wife wasn't impressed.

Tried these tips and got the stock pedal off. Are you supposed to somehow reuse the stock clip? Cause its part of my old pedal and doesn't come off. I think my 380rs pedal is missing pieces, I only have the pedal itself. Thinking I need something for the bottom so it fits onto the peg snugly, and a new clip for the top. Any idea where to buy?

I had to improvise and use some hose I had laying around to close those gaps and make it snug.

So just get some hose and push it on; it should tighten it up.

Just some safety stuff. I know I'm over enthusiastic. And a noob.
But I actually feel better now that I own it.
