The SPL arms didn't fail per say... I was using a different adjuster and with how wide I had the arm out there wasn't sufficient wall thickness on the material. The production versions I run now have no problem at all.

I found this video of a Porsche Cayman R on R compounds chasing me. I have no front bumper, with no splitter and on street tires at TMP. I am running consistant 1:19 to 1:20 and the Cayman R was running in the 1:21 1:22 range.
I'm still debating what I'm actually going to do next year track and driving wise. Lots to consider.
Considering now, CSCS, OTA, Global Time attack Road Atlanta, and Skip Barber Racing school. I can't do it all.

Well it's been a little while since I've updated my thread.
I'm gearing up for another season of time attack.
I think I will do something a little different this year and do an event in Global Time Attack Road Atlanta.
I think I would do well. 2013 flyer.

Well carrying on with this thread as this is where I started everything.
Forgive me going wild with stupid instagram editing features. Back to work on improving the splitter, and making a new hood similar to Sasha's with the drop vent in the middle. The last splitter was good and survived many offs, but finally succumbed on my last track day in October.

Be sure to check out 2THPWR on Youtube. The facebook link in my sig. mgmotorsports on instagram as well. Its the easiest way to keep up with what I'm up to. My ulterior motive is to make it easier to one day get sponsorships and opportunities to test products.

Yes the main problem is GTA has new Street tire class interior rules that might be expensive for me to come back from. Simple things like needing a radio, and oem kick plates. Mine are just gone and cant be found. And I don't have a lightweight passenger seat. So I can compete against 500 to 700 hp cars in Limited without any modification from the way I compete at home. The good thing I'm always over confident and I think I can win or at least put up a respectable fight. Should be fun.
Some more stuff is going to be coming in soon. Mostly safety stuff as road Atlanta is a very fast track. Next big thing is custom 4 point roll bar, 6 point harness, hans, side head restraints, fire extinguisher, and will be working on the front aero this weekend.
