I got a set last night. Can't wait for the winter to be over to pull the car out of storage.

DFV's aren't bad shocks at all, particularly for 2 grand. That's a good buy right there, Lubo.

We'll see how they perform. I've won my local class at this year and finished with top 5 times at every single event with one FTD. With 80K on OEM suspension it was time for a refresh. Hoping to steal some more those FTDs next year.

I am running with BMW club so classes are a bit different. I went to few SCCA events and I was placed in BSP, but I am not sure if that class was correct or not. I ended up in 3rd place in that class but it was only few cars in that class.

The reason I do not run with SCCA is that my local chapter doesn't seem as well organized as the BMW chapter the entry cost is higher and always less runs.

Organization is different from region to region from group to group. However, price and number of runs will always be higher and less, respectively, with SCCA than any other local chapters -- just how it is.

Run with North Jersey region of SCCA at Metlife. Pretty good group.

I've run at Meadowlands only once in Z but I've been there few times in previous year with my BMW and I also took the Evolution school there. As much as I would love to go there for all events I can't justify paying the ridiculous tolls for NJ/NY border, not to mention traffic...
