Almost the same fluids for both street and track: VQ gets M1 0-40, tranny Redline MTL85, brakes ATL Super Blue or Gold 200, and only the diff changes. For the racecar with a NISMO LSD, Motul 75-140W is the choice, while the VLSD gets Valvoline 75-90W synthetic.

why the 75-140w for the diff? I'm doing the first fluid change for my nismo diff and bought the 90pa based on what seemed like the general recommendation for the nismo diff.

thread contribution.. good old castrol 5w-30 for the motor, ate blue for the brakes (gonna try castrol srf or motul 660 next time change), was using redline in the transmission but changing with oem nissan trans fluid to see how it works with my spotty 5th gear, and ~50/50 nissan coolant/distilled water.

Since the Z33 racecar doesn't use a diff cooler, I'd like to have as much heat protection as possible. My sources at MOTUL also suggested the 75-140w as a better option for w2w racing. While I don't know about the "general recommendation" of the 90pa, the 75-140w has worked fine so far.

this is what I do for my Z

diff - motul or amsoil 75w140 (depending what I can get a better deal on at the time)
engine - amsoil 5w30 100% synthetic (maybe switching to 300v but havent decided yet)
coolant - water wetter/distilled water
trans - OEM fluid
