The metal to non metal ratio is what gets people. I can't say what classes this applies to since I'm in Germany and have a whole different ruleset for my series. From looking at what others who do run cars in the SCCA, that ratio is commonly mentioned when talking about UCA's

As far as caster goes...street prepared, STS, STU you can use offset bushings to induce caster from what I am reading. Just need a little ingenuity. Looks pretty easy to me. People on other cars have been using this type of method for years in other chassis. As far as SM2 there are no suspension restrictions as long as they attach to the chassis in the same place.

 

Per the solo rulebook:

Street prepared
"Suspension bushings may be replaced with bushings of any materials (except metal)... Offset bushings may be used. In a replacement bushing, the amount of metal relative to the amount of non-metallic material may not be increased"

Thats where the metal to non metal ratio would come in. Yes you could use delrin... Plus with an offset bushing your going to have to make the decision to go for more camber or a mix of lesser camber/caster likely to the tune of less than 1 degree. With most slick and competitive autocross legal tires acting better at 3 degrees negative camber you will have to make that compromise.
