Default Lightweight batteries, whats your choice?

So I've been using a DEKA ETX18L battery and its come time to replace it. It has been good to me and wieghs in at 12 lbs. I was thinking this time I would move to a ETX16L which is a 6lbs battery but I'm open to ideas.

What are you guys using and what do they weigh and what did it cost?

Also any perculiars to your specific battery (like not being able to start after a certain number of short sessions etc.)

Which one did you end up with? I've got the 360 LCA on my watch list right now.

Starts the car great. Like oem. I need to make a bracket now. Then drive it. I plan to let it sit about a week on the trickle to see how it does.

Nice, I'm going to go ahead and grab one then. I'll lug a yellow top with me just in case it leaves me stranded in the pit box.

Half-a$$ bracket. Should be fine. I will have it welded and "betterer" made

Looks pretty legit to me... The bottom skirting looks pretty legit, did you make that or pick it up somewhere?

Thanks bud. Followed a fellow member DIY here.

https://my350z.com/forum/2003-2009-n...tallation.html

I added the 3/4" Kleer composite board to level the battery with the positive terminal. SO much beefier then the 03 for 08.

I used the 3/4" angle aluminum and cut to the vertical and just bent it to the "shape" of the battery.

You don't need the spare extra fancy extra Ti bolts. But they are lighter ???
