Default 350Z Super GT build

I thought id start a new thread as i sold my old 350z racecar, and was starting to post on that with this new build.

So i have a 350z with a vq35de, full national spec cage, and this was being run by my old man, with twin turbo setup.

The car was pretty tired, and after much thought i sold off the twin turbo setup as it was a ***** to work on, and i like to make things as easy as possible to service etc at track

Here is the car when i picked it up from the old mans, i had previously done alot of work to the care, but it had sat for awhile and really needed some love anyway....

So a mate of mine interstate owned (has now sold) a GT300 Z33, and after some chats over the years.... he offered to let me make mounds of spare panels he had, with one condition... i dont sell copies or give away copies...

So i drove from melb to sydney and picked them up, front ad rear bars, and all 4 corners.

This was a fair few years ago, and the project was on and off alot, But earlier this year i decided i had to do the build.

This is the car my mate owned and i believe has gone back to japan now

Turbosmart came on board again with me, they are pretty supportive of my builds, running a 6466 single turbo

The idea with this build is, build on a budget, and make it so easy to fix and replace, and GKtech are owned by a mate of mine and located 40 min away, so im using all the GKtech suspension they sell minus the front uprights that dont fit with big slicks unfortunately . The product being mainly for drift means its strong, and robust. It is a wee heavy, but price vs custom doesnt justify cost for this build. And its about track time and fun time with this car,

Super TT is a category. Racing. Not time trial. MA is motorsport Australia.

Interesting- since Motorsports Australia sanctions this W2W class, what other models and mods are allowed in Super TT? Do they race this class year 'round?

So as i need to be able to run with MA now, i rejig of exhaust exit, as it must be past midway point, and ill also plumb dump pipe into exhaust as per regs.
