Just back from Barber MS Park
Unbelieveable track. Everything you've heard about the place is true. John you have to go run this course! Took my son down Friday afternoon. Hooked up with BJ and crew again Saturday morning. Their cars were on the pace all weekend and BJ/MS finished 5th in the race (highest placing Z). Since Derek (12) was with me I couldn't help in the hot pits so asked John Wright (crew chief) if he needed someone to take a radio and spot for them. We decided a good spot would be at the end of the back straight which just so happened to be an ideal specator spot. As it turns out I was able to give them info which they couldn't see from the pits. Seemed to work out well. The 34 car was started by Ian Lacy and he ran as high as 1st before pitting. Ian qualified 4th. Michel & BJ ran as high as 4th after starting 8th. Nice meeting you JasonH!

John - why you test driving trucks ?
On a side note, anyone going to the NJ PCA DE at VIR Nov 5-7? I'll be up there.
