Pretty sure it fits fine with the V2 bumper. Cux350Z has it on his car with the V2 bumper. You can find that in this thread somewhere.

are all the replica v2 bumpers the same as far as fitment of this plate? i know fitment on the car will be a little different but how about the underneath?

I assume all of the replica variations utilize the stock bolt positions for the undertray, so this should work just fine.

More clearance for deeper oil pans, Bigger sway bars, Rear part of pan that protects engine oil pan will be thicker, Added some venting ect.

It will fit fine, It's not that the V1 didn't fit with these items, I just made V2 to give more clearance than it already had.
