that is correct but there is an exter part that takes it to the full length of the nose that they added to the undershroud. Honestly this part is the only part worth it to me but would of looked nice all the way up to the Nismo Lip. on the OEM V3.

the shipping was really fast, the product is great! took me just a couple of minutes to install and it looks so clean now, Id recommend for people to also buy the $10 hardware kit to replace the old bolts/clips

Dang it!!! I rushed to order mine under the Black Friday sale for $199, now it's $20 cheaper 
so it goes... To those considering buying one, just do it! It fits well and will make oil changes easier and protect things better. It's worth the $10 for the bolt set just to have spares around. My original shield was missing a couple of bolts from the PO being lazy with oil changes.
