New Gas pedal from the special NISMO edition 350Z known as the NISMO 380RS. This Japan only model of the 350Z featured many model specific upgrades including additional interior enhancements to better suit the more performance oriented Z owners.
This 380RS gas pedal is both shorter in length, as well as curved in ward to provide a much easier means of achieving "Heel - Toe" down shifts.
Installation of these pedals are simple and can be completed within minutes.
How exactly do they install? Unbolt the old pedal and slap on the new one?
The stock pedal sits on a pivot arm and has a retainer clip holding it on, just pop that clip off (don't break it, you'll need it) rotate the pedal down and then slide it off the rod. Install the new pedal, re-install the clip and it's done. The clip may be a little tough to pop back into place but the tension of it is what holds the pedal in place.

It's much easier to do than you'd think. Just be careful with the clip, and you'll be fine.
Get a light, and a mirror, and you'll be able to see the clip before you attempt to remove it.
