What piston bores are you guys using on the six and four piston Wilwoods that you're sourcing to mate up to the 14" rotors?

If you know exactly what wilwood part numbers you want, I can check with a friend who is a dealer.

Josh, the guy that got all this started hasn't posted or shown any activity since Dec. 24th. Something may have happened to him. The other guys have had to pick up the slack and fabricate the brackets.

Well i can have the brackets fabbed easily for pretty cheap (depending on quantity) I just need brought up to speed.

So we need:
Calipers (Wilwood) CHECK
Rotors
Hats
Pads CHECK
Stainless lines
Brackets
Hardware CHECK

Did i miss anything??

The brackets are being made. This is just for fun, so I am not about to cease production to get these brackets out fast. Give it some time. The brackets are being cut, drilled, tapped and anodized.

how many? just for yourself? or for others to buy? I looked at the Arizona Z brakes and honestly the hats are pretty ugly. I want a 14" rotor also.

He's making them for others to buy. I'm not exactly sure how many he's making but if you want to buy some you can join the list

Has anyone contacted Wilwood directly about producing a kit?

Ok, out of curiosity, I started pricing things and a more realistic price follows:

4-Piston caliper: 200 each (400 total)
Hats: 200 each (400 total)
Rotors: 100 each (200 total)
pads: 100 total
Bracket: 75
Hardware: negligible
Stainless lines: 150

So we are well into 1300$+ with conservative numbers (probably more...

I spoke with a company that sells a Wilwood kit for 1729 (4 piston) and 2129 (6 piston)

They will do a group buy for us:

4 piston:
3+ 15% off = $1469
5+ 25% off = $1296

6 piston:
3+ 15% off = $1809.65
5+ 25% off = $1596.75

They actually recommended the 4 piston kit.

hmm, doesnt sound like we are saving much money here diy? is the Precision Brakes Wilwood 4pot kit all inclusive?

Do the Wilwood calipers all require a 14 inch rotor? they seem to have like 12 inch Wilwood accord kits for like $1000.(i do NOT track my car).

The Precision Brakes sells Wilwood kits, and builds their own using Wilwood components. Their kit is all inclusive: Hats, Rotors (14"), Calipers (4 or 6 piston), stainless steel lines, bracket, pads...

Wilwood also has a 350Z kit, but it is so new they dont have pricing on it yet. However I compared to some of their other kits:

Pontiac GTO 4 piston: $1900
90s Camaro: 4 piston: $1300

I would expect the Z kit to be 1700-1900$

I just saw the rear kit on the first page of this thread and assumed they did.

I would REALLY prefer the front and rear kit. Otherwise I guess I could go front only.

Josh is the man!
