HOW2: Install Cusco Sway Bars w/pics (of course)
#21
I'm about to go do my front one, I know this one should be quick... but the rear one was a nightmare. I spent atleast an hour trying to wiggle it out... ended up unbolting the exhaust! I have a g35 sedan with a stillen v2 exhaust... and I guarantee you CANNOT take the sway off without unbolting a section of the exhaust.

Installed my front bar yesterday. If you don't run into any problems, this install should only take like 20 mins, very easy. But guess what, I DID run into problems.
It's a very stupid design, to put a spacer instead of a nut where the sway bar is held on each end. Basically, the nut I needed to take off just kept spinning, with the spacer on the other side bending and twisted and spinning around. Took almost two hours to somehow clamp it and get that bolt off. I'm sure this wouldn't be a problem to those with newer cars who don't have rusted bolts and stuff.
