Default Is there a DIY Guide for OEM Brake Upgrade from 2003 model to 2006+

Hi Guys:

I was doing some research about upgrading from non-brembo brakes to brembo a while back and I thought I remembered coming across a DIY for upgrading the 2003-2005 brakes to 2006+ OEM. Now, after trying multiple searches using things like "how to upgrade brakes" and "DIY brake upgrade" but can't find it anymore. I only find posts about going from non-brembo to brembo. If someone could point help me out that would be great. If this will get me flamed for not searching (hard enough) then so be it. I just want to know if the thread exists or if I'm just imagining things.

nothing special is required. just unscrew brake lines, take calipers off (2 bolts on each caliper) and put new calipers on. will need to bleed the brake lines afterwards.

Thanks Bmurray350z! I don't know why but I thought I read somewhere on a DIY thread that some modification would be required. Good to know now. Thanks again.

Don't forget the rotors; they're a bit larger.

Only modification is to cut the rear brake dust shields where they bend over the standard rotors
