Default spring install

Does any one have good directions on installing eibach springs. I have installed springs on a audi s4, but the 350z is different in the back because the spring is seperate from the shock.

just tie tookfloss around the spring and yank it out like a tooth...

That's the link I used to do my spring install.. hope that helps!... oh yea.. back is easy to do by yourself.. the fronts are a PITA.. might want to have a extra set of hands to do the fronts!
