I am dropping the Z this week. I am pretty handy and I have no reservation about attempting this myself - however a "play-by-play" would be nice. Doe ANYONE know where I can find a link to spring install instructions???
...ALSO my local shop has 2 different sets of Teins (S-techs and some other ones - they also have a set of Tenabe springs) what's the difference. I think they all range from $140-$175.
..and no - as much as I'd like to, coilovers are out of the question. Unless someone wants to buy them for me

Try this for the spring install: http://www.activetuning.com/pat/4/9/ It's pretty straight forward. The rears are a snap, takes longer to jack up the car and remove the wheels than it does to change the springs. The front's take a bit longer, but once you finish the first front the other side will take half the time since you will know the routine.
