RSR springs and Koni shocks - which settings?

Just wondering if anyone around here has combined the RS-R springs with Koni shocks, and what damping settings you used on the shocks. I see that most people use the Konis on their softest setting when combining them with the stock springs, but the RS-Rs are a bit stiffer (especially in the rear). I figure that alone will merit a stiffer Koni setting.
I took the easy route when I installed mine and left the Konis on the softest setting. I'm a newb at suspension mods so I figured that was a good starting point. I've been pleased with the ride quality so far. Haven't thought of adjusting them yet but might as I gain track experience.

Thanks for the reply. You haven't noticed the shocks to be underdamped at the softest setting? A bit springy and bouncy? I only ask because of my experience with Konis in the past. On my Audi I had a set of Koni coilovers, and everyone said to start with them on the softest setting and go from there. On the softest setting, though, it felt like I had no shocks at all. Very bouncy. No good. Had to crank them up to about 80% before they felt solid.
On the Audi I had to completely remove the shocks to adjust the damping. Serious pain, since the install was pretty complex and took a while. On the Z, however, I think I can adjust the Konis while on the car, which would make things a lot easier. Do you know if that's true? Have you looked to see if you can access the adjustment points?

Yes, the front adjustment point is exposed at the top of the shock (just open the hood), the rears are near the top of the shock and can be reached after jacking up each rear corner.
