Well the oil cap really isn't, but the radiator cap is supposed to be. The radiator cap is a heavy duty radiator cap which operates at 18.2lbs as compared to the stock caps 12 to 13 lbs. Supposedly it benefits cooling. The oil cap is billet aluminum and just looks good.
