Yes the front StopTech kit by itself is worth it. See www.mynismo.com (Performance Nissan is one of the vendors that supports this site and where I got my StopTechs) for StopTech kits or the OEM Brembo kit. They sell both.

I have the Track model Brembo fronts only and it is a tad too front biased on hard braking, I need to get the rears somehow.

If only going for front kit probably better to get Stoptech or similar that are designed as front kits only and probably better balanced with the stock rears.

Depends on your usage model. If you plan to track your car, very much so. The Stoptech 13's actually reduce the rear brake temps on hard braking. The 14's increase the rear temps so don't get them. I haven't needed to upgrade the rears. If you plan to track it a lot and are a good driver, you may want the rears too. If you will never track your car (I don't mean autocross), then don't bother.

Being front biased is way better than being rear biased (which is very dangerous). If you want to increase the rear bias, you could try a different combination of pads front/rear, or you could increase the tire width in the front to increase front grip.
