Guys,
I am still deciding if i want to lower my ride. I have 19" volks gt7 with 30 series in the rear.
I am looking to lower with spring. Just trying to get an idea what the total cost could be.
Is the cost of the alignment tht same with a camber kit? I called Darin of West End Alignment and he told me that it costs $300
I know some people with Tein S and Hotchkiss don't need camber kit, but i am just looking at the possible cost.

I have 20's and I've lowered my car with Eibach springs. It's only lowered an inch. It looks great. Rides nice. Performs better. I did not even align my car after the wheel change and lowering as with the Eibach springs pro kit doesn't change the factory specs in the wheels. So you keep the negative camber it came with and it doesn't get any greater. The only bad part is that I burn thru tires in 10K miles in the rear.
That's just my experience... also, I own a Motorsports shop... and $300 to install springs & sways is a good price.

they're installing springs and sways for $80? if so, that's amazing but I guess out in LA there's a shop on every corner that can do the install. I wouldn't touch it the install under $200... 4 wheel alignment $80... camber kit I would have to find a price.
I didn't use a Camber kit on my car... however I used the Eibach springs... 1" lower spring... no camber change and keeps factory specs.
