I bought my car used, and its loose as a goose. I have to pull it all the way up, and it barely keeps the car from rolling on steep inclines.

How do we tighten it? I don't want to pay the dealer.

How far do ya'll pull it up to FIRMLY tighten it.

 

take out the change thing in the center console and youll see the adjustment
