Front or rear cambers rods, which do you really need?
Sorry for asking so many dumb questions but i notice under parts listing for both they say the same thing but which do you really need when you lower your car? I have major wear in the front and suffient in the rear but would i need both sets or just front and then somehow the back would be fixed or what? I'm at a loss but i dont want to make the wrong decision so any advice would be great.

Lowering the car creates more negative camber, front and rear. You should have gotten an alignment shortly after you lowered it. You would have found out how much negative camber you had. The alignment could have corrected it to within spec. If not then aftermarket camber adjusters, both front and rear would be necessary. Sounds like you jumped into the modifications without doing your homework.
FYI, front camber is not adjustable with stock components.
