Default tanabe nf210 install

ok. So i just ordered the tanabe nf210's. They lower 1.2 front and rear.

First let me tell you this. Allways, always look for a better price. I started at 350forums.org and their price was like 230 something and the gf'210s were only 170 something, and when i checked tanabes site both springs had same msrp. So i said wtf and he said hed check up on it. 5 min latrer he tells me he can do it for 206 shipped. ok. So now i call brian at 350zonlinestore, he says 213 shipped, so i say how about you match the 206. He comes back and gives them to me for $186 shipped! Brians the man. Just proves my point, if you dont shop around youll get screwed! Thats my lesson for the day. Study hard and come back tomorrow.

So they should be here next wed. I am trying to have cj motorsports here in my town to install them, then ill give a nice write up for all you leeches. jk

Hey I got mine from hop up racing 169 shipped Tanabe GF210 just installed today.
I have 19 inch Gunmetal Volk TE37 they look amazing! I love the drop it is nice and they will drop a little more after a few days with the progression of the spring. I can barely get one finger in the front and the rear i have a 275-30-19 so it would be the same for the rear but its barely two fingers which actually looks great with the tire size after this year i will run the 35 series in the rear but it still looks amazing.

SO if your looking for the drop that puts it right down to the tire with barely a finger to squeeze in the wheel well THAN THESE ARE THE SPRINGS FOR YOU. And oddly enough my camber doesnt look like it changed which i am shocked about. I have a good buddy that lowered his with the eibachs and his rear tire is all tweaked probably close to -3 degrees mine looks like the stock -1 maybe -1.5 in the rear and the front look fine as well. I will post pics as soon as i can. ANy questions feel free to PM me

Later

Chad

Yeah your probably right! I will be gettting it aligned soon i will let you know. Did you guys notice a difference in lowering height from when you initially put them on to the point where they were settled completely?

Thanks

def.....when i first put them on the rear was too high. i think cause the front has all the weight pushing them down and the rears took a day. now its perfect

do you think you would need camber arms to get it back in spec with these springs? and i am getting some volk gt-7 with 19X10.5 +24 in the rear, would I have to roll my fenders with these springs.

I have a Volk TE37 19by10.5 in the rear as well i can get one finger in both the front and the rear. SO i dont think you would NEED to roll the fenders it may be suggested though. I dont think i will need camber arms for this i think it will be able to be brought back into spec within reason. I have lowered 4 of my other cars before and none have looked this reasonable for camber wise. Since it is only a 1.25 inch drop i figure it only adjusted it around -1 camber on top of the stock -1 camber set on the Z from the factory

i would suggest camber arms. my tires are feathering pretty bad, even after an alignment.

my rears are pretty good, just the fronts are off a bit. even if the camber kit wont stop the feathering, i still want to bring it back in or close to spec. I need to look into toe adjustments.
