Default What Rotors do we have?

This dude at a brake shop yesterday told me that we have composite rotors in the front and that resurfacing them isn't the best idea? Dat true?

Also said that Nissan recommends ceramic brake pads for our Zs. Dat true, too?

And any idea how much an OEM set of rotors (all around) runs?

We have the same normal type rotors as every other Nissan car does. You should definitely be able to get more than one set of pads out of a set of rotors. I would take your car to another brake shop or do the brake job yourself and if you feel the rotors need resurfacing just take them to a local parts store that can do them. Changing pads is real easy and taking off rotors is only a little more difficult but you don't even have to bleed the brakes if done correctly.
