Centrix brake pads/shoes?
Local dealer wants to charge me $380 to replace shoes and pads with a ceramic Nissan pad.
The local JustBrakes is offering $99 for the whole job using Centrix Pads, which they refer to as a Nissan equivalent.
Anyone have any experience w/ Centrix pads? How do they compare to stock pads when it comes to stopping (better/worse/same?), squeaking (yes/no?) and brake dust (more/less?)?
Thanks

never heard of an "organic" pad. have heard of ceramics, but I thought OEM nissans were semi-metallic (therefore the dust you get on stock pads).
I'm about to do my brakes as well, and with this area, it seems you get what you pay for. why not go with some Hawks and just have them install the set? should only take like an hour of labor or so...
