Default should i use springs or coilovers to drop my z

Hi i wanted to know what would be better to drop my z. I just got brand new Iforged classics with toyo t1-s 19x8 F and 19x10 R. The drop that i want is the fender sitting right over the tire. Also i would like to know what sway bar front and rear, camber, and toe are best for the z. And i also want to upgrade my front strut tower. I would really appriciate replys

If you just go with springs to lower your vehicle you will wear out your shocks within 15-20K miles. If you want to lower your car correctly get a set of coilovers with adjustable height shock body, so you can lower your car and have full range of piston travel.

From your description you are looking at about a 1.5"-2.0" drop.

You will need front camber adjustable A arms, and rear camber arms, and toe bolts to get the alignment back within reason.

To do this inexpensively your looking at about $1000 for a set of D2 Racing coilovers, $850 for a set of 350Evo A arms (they are the only arms to get you back into camber spec), and $275 for SPC rear camber arms and toe bolts + installation and alignment.

Why change the strut tower brace?

Get coilovers. I have run through a few sets of springs already and honestly just with I had gone with coilovers from the start.

If you don't drop past 1.25", the Cusco arms will allow you to get back in spec. member toykilla here knows how to make it happen.

SPC rear camber will be needed also, as stated above.

I know a few people with HKS RS and they couldnt be happier.
